Welcome

District judges serve four-year terms and earn about $140,000 annually. 
  
 Jose Longoria, a Democrat, has served on the bench since 2000; he was re-elected in 2004 and again in 2008. As a District Judge, he earns approximately $140,000 annually plus benefits and pension.

  2. Someone please explain how this man can abuse his appointment as a judge to promote his own beliefs rather than the law. He chastises a woman for spanking her child, telling her it's against the law when according to Texas law it's completely legal. Typically liberal democrat........this guy should be removed from the bench ASAP! Check the article below.

  4. This man has made my family's life hell for the past four years.. I don't believe this man with so much prejudice should have so much power. I'm sure there are lots of people who would agree that he does not belong on that bench..

  6. This man has NO RIGHT to create new laws - only to enforce current law. Spanking is allowed in every state in America and this moron needs to be thrown off the bench!
